The Committee is a Government body legally linked to the Ministry of Works & Housing which consists of a Chairman and six Members who are all professionals representing the major engineering disciplines in the country, appointed by HH The Prime Minister. This Decree gave the responsibility of organizing the Engineering Profession to HE The Minister of Works & Housing as the Government party with the intention that this body is connected to the Kingdom’s general management.
